Q) What is the risk of rebleeding after ICH from dural arteriovenous fistula?
A) The risk of rebleed is approximately 46% annually. However, one series showed that the risk of rebleeding was 35% within 2 weeks in dAVF with retrograde venous drainage. Therefore, ICH from dAVF should be treated as soon as possible.
